Because our items are handmade, made to order, and personalized, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please email glouisesgifts@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the issue was our error, we will review it and work with you on a replacement or other solution.
This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.
